Erikka Watts is the founder and owner of Merit Resources. She started her education at Long Beach City College where she earned an Associates Degree. Then in 2013, Erikka graduated from California State University of Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Although she's held this degree for what we would consider a short period of time, her career started years ago with a small firm in Torrance, CA. Under the care of Kimberly Applewhite, Erikka was able to build a solid foundation of knowledge and experience that would further spark her passion in accounting. She was fortunate to be able to work with a variety of small businesses throughout multiple industries. The skills she gained has enabled her to move forward in her career and has brought her to Temecula, CA where she now resides. Opening Merit Resources was the beginning of dream coming to fruition.
